Customers can return unworn shoes in their original packaging for a refund or exchange for a different size. within 15 days of the delivery date. Exchanges of a different size are FREE. If returning for a refund, there is a $9.95 return shipping lable fee.

Please note: Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges of a different style or color are not available. Please follow the instructions on your Order Confirmation & Shipping Confirmation for the steps on how to return your item. Items must be unworn, and in with all packing & labels intact & in its original condition.

  4. Once the return is complete, print the pre-paid shipping label & attach it to a shipping box.
  5. Mail your unworn shoes back within 15 days.
  6. It may take up to 2 weeks to process your return, and you’ll receive an email when it has been processed.
