Customers can return unworn shoes in their original packaging for a refund or exchange for a different size. within 15 days of the delivery date. Exchanges of a different size are FREE. If returning for a refund, there is a $9.95 return shipping lable fee.

  5. Mail your unworn shoes back within 15 days.
