Customers can return unworn shoes in their original packaging for a refund or exchange for a different size. within 15 days of the delivery date. Exchanges of a different size are FREE. If returning for a refund, there is a $9.95 return shipping lable fee.

Please note: Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges of a different style or color are not available. Items must be unworn, and in with all packing & labels intact & in its original condition.
