Customers can return unworn shoes in their original packaging for a refund or exchange for a different size within 15 days of the delivery date.

Exchanges of a different size are FREE. If returning for a refund, there is a $9.95 return shipping label fee.

  4. Once the return is complete, print the pre-paid shipping label & attach it to a shipping box.
  5. Mail your unworn shoes back within 15 days.
  6. It may take up to 2 weeks to process your return, and you’ll receive an email when it has been processed.
